G'day everybody,

I have a VK EFI 6 cyl and Iam after the following bits and pieces, part numbers or suitable alternatives.
1. TVS 104 -Thermostat Vacuum Switch 104 degrees celcius.
Located in the thermostat housing.
2. EGR TVS -
Located in the head above the inlet and exhaust manifolds. Dark brown in colour.
3. Plastic Vacuum T piece.
Located on end of the inlet plenum chamber (fire wall end).
4. TVS 15 - Thermostat Vacuum Switch 15 degrees celcius.
Located on the air intake/ snorkel.

I have been to the following car parts retailers Holden dealer, Repco, Supacheap, Walkers, Barsby Spares(phoned), Rare Spares and Autobarn.

Autobarn have 3 different TVS (1) listed but can not tell me which one is for the VK EFI.
If any one can tell me the part number for the TVS to suit the VK EFI, it would be greatly appreciated.

The plastic vacumm T piece (3) is larger than the T piece from the inlet manifold from a carby model. Ive tried that already.

Any assistance with this information will be greatly appreciated.

Nico.

Dave,

Thanks for the link. Ill print off the info from it and add it to my collection. However the link only skims on the information I require for the bits and pieces I require.
Ill keep looking.
Thanks once again Dave.

Nicho

The vacuum T-piece on the VK EFI inlet manifold is different to those on the carby Blue/Black motors. It's not just the number of hose ports either. The EFI fitting has a BSP thread, while all the others are NPT.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
