Power steering would be something along the lines of the original factory system - a ram operating on the drag link. To run the pump your easiest method would be commodore brackets, as HR ones would be like rocking horse droppings.

Aircon - for the compressor, again, commodore mounts would be easiest - they have 2 locations - top RH side, off the head (needs a blue motor head with the extra bosses) or down low on the LH side - but thys may foul on the HR body.
For the interior section, a Mark IV style under-dash system would be the easiest option, or something like what vintage air offer might suit you better if you're after a more integrated look, with vents at each end of the dash as well. See http://www.vintageair.com/ See pages 48 & 49 in their catalogue: http://www.vintageair.com/catalog.asp
Cheers,

Mick

Wot about a power rack conversion? Maybe VB-L Commodore?
Google it and you'll find some info.
