Can anyone tell me what the cam grind was on the HR X2 186K engine, also what valve sizes are in the heads?

Same as the auto HT-T 186 cam i think.
the valves are the same size as all red 6 cyl.

I'll check my books, but I'm pretty sure the X2/S camshaft had the same cam timing as the stocker, but more lift.

AFAIK the valve sizes were the same size as the stockers also.

Talk to a pro engine builder. It will depend very much on what induction & exhaust you are using, it all has to work in unison as a complete package.

The cost of an Aluminium Head is about $2500 complete with claims of 33% less wait and 50HP compared to stock red 6 head. What HP improvements would a stage 3 yella terra iron head give compared to stock 6 head?
