It would be one of those compact batteries but it would still be in the way. You have to get rid of the original sheet metal carrier. Don't forget you also have a pressure regulator and fuel block to fit in as well as the fuel lines.

What's your priorities, drivability, economy, wow factor when the bonnet is open?
More importantly, what's your budget?

Any particular reason you want to ditch the Holley?
Economy? Performance?

How about a 2 BBL Weber downdraft? As used on the (cough) XE & XF
falCONs

Attn camry drivers. The accelerator is the skinny pedal on the right.

The XE Weber works well, as does the Holden X2 setup.

Triple Webers is for an engine that is suited for high RPM power, the cost would be about $10,000 to do the entire carb, engine and drivetrain. Understanding you need new distributor, head, motor, engine rebuild, cam, etc.
