Hi Guys
looking for help Please
Does the Outer window rubber weather strip on the front door of a HK Monaro fit the full length of the door or just up to the 1/4 window?.
I have a new rubber which only comes up the 1/4 window. Have checked with supplier and has said they are correct. But because the s/s trim sits on the rubber what happens on the last section without the rubber under it?
thanks

Your supplier is correct. The belt weatherstrip does not go past the door division channel. The 1/4 window rubber seals up it's portion of the door. I don't own a Monaro but I doubt the stainless belt mouldings will actually lap over onto the rubbers. They may virtually kiss the edges of them but I doubt they will sit over them.
