I want to make my vl bumpers 1 piece instead of the 3 (2 corners and a centre)they are now. Have tried bog which resulted in a fine crack appearing. Tried enlarging the join and filling with fibre glass resin and fine chopped glass which also resulted in a fine crack. Any ideas on how to go about it? Saw it in a magazine liked the look and as always its only after you find out that it ain't that easy. Damn magazines.

The best way would be to get new bumper sections with no paint on them and then get them plastic welded together. |
