WTD: 3 speed floor shifter for HQ-Z Options

Does anyone have a 3 speed manual shifter out there that they are willing to part with?? In Adelaide would be good, but he will look anywhere. cheers

I've never seen an Opel 4-speed shifter used on an M15 3-speed, too many differences I think. The best conversion, is to fit an Aussie 4-speed (M20/21/22) extension housing & shifter, they bolt straight on. Then just block off reverse. Conn

The speco shifter comes up through the floor closer to the driver than the four-speed shifter. It did not bother me as I did not have a center

Just go out and buy an M20 or preferably M22 box secondhand for $150. A rebuild kit is about $80 if the box is OK. The bellhousing, clutch, tailshaft, rear mount, speedo cable etc are all the same.
