HZ Fan spacer Options

Rank: Member Reputation: Groups: Registered Joined: 2/03/2005(UTC) Posts: 117		Guys, Anyone running a V8 in a HZ with 3 core radiator, shroud and clutch fan - do you have a spacer between the fan and the waterpump pulley? My fan is extremely close to the crank pulley (3 groove). Cheers Kev

Reason I asked (apart from the fan being extremely close to the lower pulley) is that I know there is a small spacer available, but not sure

See if you can get a HZ taxi (6cyl with the same radiator) shroud. HQ 350 Chev shroud is nearlly the same - Rare's might have these. Then you can push the fan further forward. Show me a better photo of the shroud. _____________
