Hi

Replacd modulator using factory gasket & pissing fluid between modulator & trans case.

Read somwehere not to use gasket but use an aviation type gasket goo, brown sticky stuff

anyone had similar issue ?

It could be that the modulator gasket is not leaking, that in itself is quite unusual.

There is a much more common leak nearby, where there is an aluminium plug held in by a pin. It's o-ring needs to be replaced.

The pan has to be removed to do the job. It is a task that might be beyond the skills of a DIY guy.
